Activity Description

  • TOURS RUN ON CERTAIN DAYS AND AT SPECIFIC TIME SLOTS. WE ARE CLOSED ON THE 25TH OF DECEMBER AND THE 1ST OF JANUARY. BOOKINGS ARE ESSENTIAL! PLEASE ARRIVE 20 MINUTES BEFORE THE TIME.
  • CANCELLATION POLICY:
    IF A GUEST GIVES LESS THAN 48 HOURS NOTICE PRIOR TO ARRIVAL, 100% CANCELLATION FEE APPLIES.
    IF A GUEST DOES NOT ARRIVE, NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN.
    IF A GUEST ARRIVES BUT DECIDES NOT TO PARTAKE OR START BUT TURN BACK OR FOR ANY REASON NOT COMPLETE THE CANOPY TOUR, NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN.
  • THE CONSUMPTION OF ALCOHOL BEFORE A CANOPY TOUR IS NOT PERMITTED FOR OBVIOUS SAFETY REASONS!
  • NO WOMEN THAT ARE PREGNANT, OR EVEN SUSPECT THAT THEY MAY BE PREGNANT, ARE PERMITTED TO PARTAKE IN A CANOPY TOUR!
  • AN ENTRANCE FEE IS CHARGED FOR THOSE GUESTS WHO ARE WANTING TO HIKE IN THE FOREST.
  • NO DOGS OR OTHER PETS ALLOWED.
  • IN THE EVENT OF WET WEATHER, PLEASE BRING THE NECESSARY RAIN GEAR AND/OR A CHANGE OF CLOTHING.

Hi, I'm 77 this year and so it was another tick on my bucket list. It was absolutely great and your staff were super competent. The adrenalin rush was fantastic. The enforced wait at the last zip line while waiting for the lady ahead of us with the injured leg to be removed from the platform was wonderful and gave me a chance to commune with nature once more. We used to own 23 hectares of indigenous forest about 10 km from the Canopy Tour, but sadly, we sold it about 10 years ago. It was good to be back in the sticks !
