We had an absolutely fantastic experience at Karloff Canopy Tours! The staff was very professional (both admin and in the field) and their punctuality and efficiency was much appreciated. We felt safe at all times and the guides really went out of their way to ensure we all had a good time whilst adhering to and observing all safety precautions. I also appreciated that they helped us with photos and videos. The juice and biscuits during the tour was a really nice touch as well! - Deshni

What a wonderful experience, I took my 11 year old grandaughter along. This was my 6th zipline experience (at other canopy tours and others) and I have enjoyed them all. Friendly staff and great reception. Also loved the hiking available. - john

The zipline was awesome but the guides made this zipline my best one yet. They were extremely friendly and fun and interactive and kept us entertained. Best of all is the way they helped a little girl who was really scared. When they thought she was ready to do a slide by herself, she went with confidence and the smile on her face when she finished showed absolute joy and contenment. Well done guides!!! 10 out of 10 for you guys! - Natasha
